I bought these dolls at Tuesday Morning in the toy department.  They were only $3.00 each except for the Barbie doll.  All dolls are about 6 inches tall and work great in a 1 inch scale scene or dollhouse.  All clothing is removable and the dolls and the hair is movable.

Here is a miniature water dispenser I made.  The main parts of the dispenser are the clear blue caps that come on some brands of bottled water.  I got this idea online from a woman who makes most of her miniatures from found objects and dollar store items.  She comes up with some amazing homemade miniatures.

Hallmark Christmas Ornaments From Christmas 2011

Below are some cool mini house ornaments I got last Christmas.  I forgot to post them last Christmas.

I am posting pictures of the doll family and the furniture that I bought with the Worthington dollhouse for $40.00.  What a great deal, hu?

New Dollhouse Find

Recently, I bought a very nice dollhouse on Craig's List. For $40.00 (original asking price was $50.00) I got the 10 room Worthington dollhouse, some older furniture AND a ceramic victorian doll family of 4 in great condition! The Worthington was made by a company called Artply. Though the dollhouse is no longer in production, you can find it on Ebay and Craig's List. above are pictures of the dollhouse when I got first got it. Currently, I am working on the outside and a friend has been helping me with the electricity. Updates will be posted soon.

Greetings

Hello, hope all my followers are doing well. We have such a mild winter here in the midwest, and spring will be here next month. Valentine's Day is just a couple days away, and hope you are working on some nice miniature projects. I have been making some purses from empty spools of thread that I will post on here later. Happy Valentine's Day and stay warm!

Christmas Mini Finds

I found these perfectly sized 1:12 ornaments at a local Hallmark store.
I got this cute Christmas topiary and gingerbread house
at the Small World Daytimer's Club Christmas party gift exchange.
I found this at Walmart at Christmas time. They are stackable colored markers. They are cute little snowmen.
I found these little tic tac toe games at Walmart near the party supply section. They came with Sweet Tart candy. They would be perfect for the mini doll children to use as tic tac toe games, however, I am going to replace the candy with something else.

Mini Finds

I bought this Hallmark ornament from Ebay awhile back. It seems to be about 1:12.
This is a mini trash can keychain made by my local trash removal company, "Waste Management". It is too small for 1:12 but would work for half scale.
"Toxic Waste" container held sour candy. Not sure how I will it.
