The Dura Craft Farmhouse was my first kit I built in the early 2000's when I got back into miniatures. My husband helped me build it. I was running out of room, so I decieded a couple of years ago that I would sell this huge 8+ room house decorated in 1880's Victorian decor. After unsuccessfully trying to sell it through Ebay and Craig's List, I took it to a local consignment shop called "The Birdcage" and after 6 months there it just sold! I only made $175.00 after asking much more on Ebay and Craig's List, but I realized if I really wanted to sell it, I would have to come down on the price, so I did. I am just glad that will give enjoyment to someone else.
